During the 1st lockdown I began making up some N Gauge Metcalf Kits and decided I needed somewhere to show them.

I began building a N gauge layout, with a small baseboard of (4 foot by 2 foot). The rolling stock is a mixture of regions and both steam and diesel engines with a variety of carriages and wagons and is run on the DC system.

It consists of a circular running track with a branch line.

The layout has been laid out as a row of shops at the back with a church and houses to one side and a farm behind the stations, and an engine shed and huts.

Some buildings are lit and if you listen carefully you might here the church bells.
