It is with immense regret that the club has to report the sudden and untimely death of Chris Day on 2nd October 2025.
Chris had been a member since 1996 and had at various times been the Chairman, Secretary, Members Representative and more recently the Exhibition Manager of the club, over seeing our recent Thurston show and our hugely successful Cathedral Show last year. He was a walking encyclopaedia on all matter’s railway and a superb railway modeler. He will be much missed.
Our condolences go to his widow Jo, and his family.

Annual exhibition including up to 23 layouts: 14 traders including demonstrations of weathering and spraying techniques. Good flat access to the premises with outside catering and excellent parking for all attendees.
